Regardless if you think it's her screams or not, that sound effect is only heard once in TVD afaik (didn't find a clip in your video that shows otherwise) Still sounds nothing like the Ahhh you hear in the Bonnie clip. Most of the time it's just like a WoooOoooOooo sound and sometimes there's like a high pitched sound but it's not the same as the Ahhhhhh/screams you hear in the Bonnie sceneĮdit: rewatched your video again and they use like some bell sound effect then sometimes like metal/High pitched sound effect.

Sometimes you hear some sound effect I'm not sure how to explain but you don't hear the same sound. In the scenes in your video you literally never hear that same sound effect. Did you watch until he stops siphoning Bonnie? Cus i don't mean the sound at the start which is basically ooooooo whooshing sound. In the scene with Bonnie you clearly hear screams (regardless if it's hers). I watched the video and regardless if you think it's Bonnie's screams in legacies the sound is different in the video you linked.
